Sotia Kyriacou is an Associate Attorney who is part of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Law team. She primarily works out of the firm’s Fairfax office.

Sotia’s prior experience includes handling litigation, governance matters, member disputes, contract negotiation, and covenant enforcement on behalf of her clients, particularly community associations, throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia. Sotia also has experience assisting small and large commercial clients navigate the complex process of the purchase and sale and leasing of commercial real properties.

A dedicated advocate intent on achieving the best results for her clients, Sotia looks at all aspects of a business and legal problem to find the most effective and efficient approach to resolve her clients’ legal issues. Sotia is a firm believer that “quality is not an act, it is a habit” is more than an Aristotelean mantra; it is the principle by which she strives to diligently serve her clients.

Sotia is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bar Associations. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the George Mason University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a specialty in finance, magna cum laude, from American University. She is also a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and currently serves as Secretary of the FBA’s Real Estate Section.

In her spare time, Sotia likes to spend time with her family, rock climb at a local gym, craft new culinary recipes, and participate in local Greek-American community events.
