New Litigation Attorney Joins McCandlish

March 2019

McCandlish Lillard is pleased to announce that the Firm recently has added a new attorney, Mark Emilio S. Abrajano, as an associate in the Firm’s Litigation group. Mark will work mostly from the Firm’s Fairfax office.

In his practice to date, Mark has successfully guided his clients through settlement negotiations, administrative proceedings, and both bench and jury trials. Mark’s experience includes representing businesses and individuals dealing with a wide variety of claims, including professional liability, premises liability, business torts, and contract disputes.

Mark graduated cum laude from George Mason University School of Law, after having received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. During law school, Mark was an active competitor for George Mason’s Trial Advocacy Association, where he was the 2015 Thatcher Intramural Champion and recipient of the Curran and Whittington Scholarship in Trial Advocacy. Before entering private practice, Mark clerked for the Honorable Michael F. Devine of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.

Mark enjoys sports and is a long time fan of the Los Angeles Lakers. Mark also enjoys reading, playing violin, and remaining active with George Mason’s Trial Advocacy Association through coaching and judging teams in national competitions.
