McCandlish Lillard seeks one or more experienced civil litigation attorneys to join its Fairfax office. Already-existing groups would be welcome. The attorney(s), or lead attorneys, if a group, must be at the “partner” (principal) level and bring most of their own business.

Candidates should have experience in any one or more of a broad range of corporate and LLC organizational, financial and transactional business-related litigation, OR could focus in a few areas of litigation in which they have a deep experience and strong clientele, such as employee benefits, ERISA and other employment issues, fiduciary litigation or administrative litigation.

Successful candidates must be admitted to practice at least in Virginia. While state court experience is most typical at McCandlish, attorneys with Federal court experience are also welcome.
